Hubbard Lagoon Improvements

Nilles Associates completed the design and construction administration services for the expansion of Hubbard’s treatment plant to a four cell lagoon system. The design process consisted of upgrading the existing two cell lagoon system to a four cell lagoon system with the installation of two new high-capacity lift stations, and the design/installation of gravity control structures. Nilles Associates assisted the City of Hubbard in securing SRF Loans and CDBG Grants to help fund the treatment plant improvements.
