This urban park is at the heart of The District commercial center in Prairie Trail with views to Promenade Lake.  The surrounding development includes retail, restaurants, office, hotel, and the Ankeny Library. The primary features of the park include a seasonal concession building; an open center plaza / lawn, and terraced stone seat walls around a large custom lighted fountain. The park will be fenced around the tree lined perimeter as the developer plans to program the park for events and festivals.
